The flagship of the National Technology Move; "SAHA Istanbul"

Technology Focused Industry Move Program supports have been announced. 7 out of 10 supported programs were received by 6 companies from SAHA Istanbul, Turkey's largest cluster. With the realization of projects that will make a significant contribution to the nationalization of smart machines, a significant amount of imports is expected to be prevented.

The results of the Technology Focused Industry Move Program, which was called by the Ministry of Industry and Technology last year, was created to support the investment projects of products that are value-added, medium and high technology level, critical for Turkey, end-to-end.

Within the scope of the Technology Oriented Industry Move Program, the "machinery sector" was determined as the first focus sector and the first applications were accepted from the machinery sector.

6 companies from SAHA Istanbul, Turkey's largest cluster, received 7 out of the 10 move program support, which was announced to be supported within the scope of the program aimed at promoting domestic production and producing high value-added products with local capabilities and capabilities.

Imports will be prevented

SAHA Istanbul Secretary General İlhami Keleş said, “7 of the 10 moves program support, 6 companies from SAHA Istanbul received. MİLTEKSAN- Milli Teknoloji Sanayi A.Ş., which we established with 11 companies of our machine committee to nationalize CNC control systems. We will apply for support and, if deemed appropriate, we expect it to be our 7th company to receive this support ”.

"SAHA Istanbul has also become the flagship of the National Technology Move in the nationalization of smart machines, one of the most important items in our current account deficit," said Keleş.
