In September 2011, share structure of the company changed in such manner that Thales International Western Countries B.V. holds 60%, while the remaining 40% is owned by Thales Nederland B.V. The founding purpose of our company is to develop genuine technologies, offer system integration solutions and to provide system life cycle services in military industry and particularly in navy activities.
