Varzene Metal, which operates in the most special areas of Metallurgy and Materials Science, has achieved the cold drawing process of metals such as nickel alloys, high speed steels, and duplex steels in 2012, and has become the first company in Turkey to produce these metals by cold drawing.

In 2020, it commissioned Turkey's first boutique integrated facility in strategic metals in its factory in Aliağa, Izmir. In this way, all superalloys, which were imported with very long lead times and great difficulties in Turkey, began to be produced in an integrated manner and in semi-finished forms. Again, the facility's capabilities also include the production of tool steels.

Today, Varzene Metal, which provides 24-hour service with its expert engineering staff in the most special areas of the Turkish Metal Industry, such as aerospace, defense, medical, marine, and automotive sectors, with its production facilities in an area of ​​20,000 square meters, is the only center in Turkey that produces special metal alloys and superalloys.
