Van Makina – Turkey’s Power in High Precision Domestic CNC Sliding Automatic Machine Technology

Van Makina is Türkiye’s first domestic and national CNC sliding automatic machine manufacturer, offering solutions for the needs of sectors requiring advanced engineering and high precision, such as automotive, medical, aviation and precision parts production, primarily in the defense industry.

Our organization set out with the aim of reducing external dependency in domestic machine technologies and strengthening our country’s technological infrastructure. Today, in addition to our main production facility located in the Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone, we operate with our R&D and special production facility located in the TÜBİTAK MAM Free Zone Campus. Thanks to these two strong centers, we can offer high-tech solutions for both mass production and special defense projects.

As Van Makina, our Swiss-type CNC sliding automatic machines, which we have developed entirely with domestic engineering power, allow parts with different diameters from 12 mm to 42 mm to be processed with high speed and precision. Our MR, MS and SMART series machines; With live tools, Y axes, counter spindles and multi-axis control systems, it enables the production of complex parts in one go with high precision.

Our company, which is not only a machine manufacturer but also a technology developer and engineering solution partner, produces original solutions in many areas such as software, servo systems, control units and digital production infrastructure. Thanks to the local control systems and user-friendly interfaces we have developed, our machines can work fully integrated with Industry 4.0 compatible, remotely supported and data-based production environments.
