Founded in 1990, Tron is one of Türkiye's pioneering companies in the design and manufacturing of broadband telecommunication equipment. Since its establishment, Tron’s business model has been based on in-house design and production.

With a 30+ years’ experience in RF and microwave, Tron provides Signal Distribution/Conditioning and Interference Mitigation solutions for tier-1 companies in the Telecom-Broadband and Defense-Aerospace industries.

Tron operates in compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards with a total of 65 65 employees, including 22 design engineers and 20 technicians.

In the Telecom-Broadband sector, Tron has been exporting to various countries for more than 20 years. Its communication equipment is used in diverse regions from Southeast Asia to North America.

Tron's activities in the Defense-Aerospace industry dates to 2011. Starting with Mikes A.Ş., these activities have expanded over the years through collaborations with major industry players such as Aselsan, Roketsan, and TUSAŞ.

As of 2017, Tron became an approved subcontractor for Aselsan in the fields of design and production. As a result of the growing collaboration, Tron became a Strategic Partner of Aselsan as of November 2021.

Defense-Aerospace Products

In the Defense-Aerospace sector, Tron offers original designs at component, module, and sub-system levels for applications in Electronic Warfare and Tactical Communication. These include Signal Amplifiers for Tactical Radio Networks, LNAs, Switchable Filter Banks/Arrays, Band Pass/Stop Filters, Tunable Filters, RF Switching and Distribution Units, RF Power Amplifiers, and Inductive Sensors.

Design, Test, and Electromechanical Assembly Infrastructure

Tron provides RF/microwave hardware design solutions up to 40 GHz.

All design work, from block diagrams to mechanical design, is carried out using Tron's own human resources and infrastructure.

Electromechanical Assembly is conducted by Tron using its own human resources and infrastructure in compliance with the AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System, leveraging over 30 years of experience in RF equipment manufacturing.

Products designed and manufactured by Tron are used in various sea, land, and air platforms of the Turkish Armed Forces.

Expertise gained from the Telecom-Broadband industry, such as designs with high lightning resistance and suitability for harsh physical conditions, contributes significantly to Tron's work in the Defense-Aerospace industry. Tron conducts design verification and qualification tests using both its own infrastructure, which includes a Lightning Generator, Climatic Chamber, and ESD Device, and external laboratories.
