RMA Robotic Machine Accessories company set out in April 2020 with the aim of producing 92.9% Domestic Servo Planetary Reducer (Low Backlash / Helical Gear) by investing in high-tech machines, completely with our own capital. At this point, our R&D and Production development processes have been completed and finally the mass production point has been reached. Our company is a value-added product manufacturer with an Industrial Registry Certificate, Capacity Report and Domestic Goods Certificate.

The Servo Planetary Reducers produced by our company as the first and only in Turkey are included in the list of priority products for the Machinery Sector, both under the main title of Products According to Innovative Technology Field, Servo Technologies and Robotics and Automation System Components, within the scope of the Technology-Focused Industrial Move Program carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey. In addition, this product, which we believe will increase Turkey's global competitive power and make a significant contribution to ensuring its economic and technological independence, currently has a Domestic Goods Certificate showing that it has a 92.9% domestic contribution rate.
Our trial and test studies with the local food packaging sector manufacturer, which currently uses Servo Planetary Reducers and has an export level of 80% and above, have been concluded positively and sales agreements have been reached. In addition to this sector, it will also contribute to our country's industry as a local supplier of sectors with high export rates such as Robotics and Automation, Defense Industry, Woodworking Technologies, Printing Machines, Laser Cutting, Machine Tools, etc. Our initial target production capacity for Servo Planetary Reducers is 20,000 Units / Year. It is aimed to continuously increase the capacity with technological production capabilities investments.

The market research conducted has shown that the amount of Servo Planetary Reducer usage in Turkey is approximately 250,000 units and all of them are imported products (Far East and Europe). It is estimated that the amount of said imports corresponds to a volume of around 50 - 60 Million Dollars (USD).
On the other hand, in addition to our Servo Planetary Reducers, we aim to make a positive contribution to our country's economy towards an industrialization based on exports, by manufacturing the Globoid Reducer in the prototype phase and the Cycloid Reducers, which are still among the Servo Technologies and Robotics and Automation System Components products, with 90% and above of domestic supply, both because they replace imported products and because they are value-added products. In addition to these, with our high-tech machinery and experienced engineer team, we also provide services for metalworking and machining requirements that require precision in the sector.
