Rdm Engineering is a family company established in 1972 by Yakup DEMİR to operate in a 40 m² workshop for the Iron and Steel Industry in Istanbul.

Today, the company, which is managed by the second generation of the Demir Family, has increased its production area to 15,000 m², thanks to the investments and improvements it has made in its production facility every year.

Adopting the biggest improvement and investment as workforce, quality and education, the company is currently raising the third generation, training its existing personnel and taking steps to increase quality.

Our company has an experienced team consisting of a total of 15 Engineers and 25 qualified technicians in the Production and Quality Department, 10 experts in the Management department along with family members, and a total of 150 people.

Our company, which mainly manufactures equipment and spare parts needed for the Iron and Steel sector, is engaged in activities to expand its sector.

In this context, new manufacturing workshops, new machine parks and new machining halls were commissioned in 2023, within the framework of the investments it has been carrying out since 2019.

With new investments, it has started working to become a manufacturer of machinery and equipment for Mining Industry, Cement Factories, Power Plants and especially Defense Industry establishments.
