Oz Celik has established in 1987 by three partners, two of whom are engineers, one of which is an operator, to operate in the machining industry.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System of our company was established for the first time in 1995. All processes available in our company are managed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 (2015), IATF 16949 (2016) and EN 9100 (Rev.D) standard.

It is the responsibility of all employees, especially the Quality Department, to operate the Quality Management System and ensure its continuous improvement.

Our company; Tornos Sliding Mechanical machines and Gildemeister CNC machines, serves 3 shifts.

The manufacturing capacity is 3,500,000 pieces / month. We mainly make steel (stainless, automat, transmission, semantization steels), aluminum and brass raw materials into the final part requested by the customer from rod and pipe.

Additional processes such as heat treatment, coating, paint in technical specifications are provided with Oz Celik quality and warranty.

Traceability of all processes is ensured with the barcode system integrated in the ERP system installed in our company.

Our company programs its technological development along with physical growth and investments are made in line with this program.
