Mir Araştırma ve Geliştirme A.Ş. is founded back in 2007 as affiliate company of Dizayn Grup A.Ş., one of the greatest plastic pipe manufacturers in Turkey. Mir Ar-Ge employees offer vast R&D experience thanks to long-lasting productive collaboration with universities. All projects, patents and academic papers by Mir Ar-Ge are created as a result of mentioned collaboration. Mir Ar-Ge is an R&D company on project-basis, carrying out interdisciplinary projects by 84 employees. Mir Ar- Ge has 37 completed and ongoing projects, achieved through use of various national and international supportmechanisms. Mir Ar-Ge generates the majority of its income from sale of intellectual property rights (know-how) and engineering services. The commercialization of industrial project outputs is carried out by means of technology transfer to new-founded spin-off companies.
