Established in Konya in 1969, KONSANTAŞ A.Ş.has been engaged in the production of general and special purpose hydraulic presses, hydraulic pumps, steel construction, mine poles, welded roller etc. KONSANTAŞ is the first mass-workshop type press, water and fire valves, slag ladle cars and run out table rollers. KONSANTAŞ is the hydraulic roller producer of Turkey with the largest dimensional capacity. The processes such as the hard chrome plating, chrome-nickel plating, honing, peck drilling and welding of the hydraulic rollers manufactured by the firm with a honing capacity up to 1,8 meter of diameter or 15 meters of length are performed by the company’s own production processes except for the heat treatment. The company maintains its operations in an area of 73.000 square meters, 21.000 square meters of which are enclosed. Globalised in 1990s, KONSANTAŞ exports 80% of its hydraulic roller production especially to the EU countries.
