IDAK Engineering Aviation Industry and Trade Inc. was established in 2017 to conduct engineering activities in the aviation and industrial fields. Numerous projects, including design, analysis, production, and project management, have been successfully completed with domestic and international aviation companies supported by IDAK's capabilities. Currently, IDAK continues to provide engineering support for numerous projects both domestically and internationally.

Starting in 2022, IDAK has begun work to develop "nationally and locally" hydraulic equipment for aviation projects in line with its national technology initiative goals. To achieve this goal, IDAK has increased its human resources and facility capabilities, enabling it to develop and perform all of the design, analysis, production, and qualification activities for the following aircraft hydraulic equipment:

IDAK operates from three locations in Ankara (IDAK Headquarters, IDAK Teknopark Ankara Engineering Office, and IDAK Production and Test Facilities); it also has liaison offices in London, England, and New Jersey, United States.
