Since 1955, Gürgenler AŞ has been producing flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and forged fittings for oil and gas pipelines, refineries and petrochemical plants, purification and separation facilities, nuclear and power generation plants, dams and hydroelectric power plants, shipbuilding industry, defense and automotive industries.

During 2005, Gürgenler AŞ expanded its expertise in fittings to include spool and fabrication manufacturing, producing pipe spools, steam boilers and equipment, separation units, heating units, heat exchanger groups, pressure vessels, and custom welded fabrications.

With its superior technology, Gürgenler AŞ produces pipe fittings and fabricated parts to world standards and quality, placing it among the pioneers of the sector and making it the preferred choice of numerous companies both in Turkey and abroad. With its expert engineering staff and a product range of over 14,000 items, it is among the leading manufacturers in Turkey and the world.

It carries out its production activities in a factory and administrative buildings covering 24,000 m2, built on a total open area of ​​36,000 m2.

It has the capacity to produce all the needs of the sector, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, and special steel groups.

With a capacity of 10,000 tons/year, it has an export rate of over 40% and exports directly and continuously to 66 countries.

GURGENLER AŞ, which has a young and experienced team of 200 people, made the 4th largest machinery investment in the world in the fasteners sector as of 2012, reducing Turkey's dependence on imports.

With this investment, it also produces flanges and special fastening equipment required for wind turbine towers.

Our machinery park, capable of manufacturing equipment even for towers up to 180 meters tall, represents Türkiye's largest and most technologically advanced investment in its field.

Through our GUR LAB facility, we conduct chemical analyses, mechanical yield, tensile and rupture tests, hardness tests, impact tests, UT, MT and MPI tests, and hydrostatic tests for all steel fabrications, including natural gas and oil pipelines, petrochemical plants and refineries.
