ÇEL-MER is semi-continuous modern rolling mill located in a 95.000 m2 open and 17.000 m2 closed area in Gebze/Kocaeli and serves in the field of high quality steel production using the paring, grinding and cold drawing opportunities. Sections are manufactured mainly as hexagon, round, square, sheet bars based on the customer requests. While the main steel qualities that we produce include free machining steels, case hardening steels, stainless steels, tool steels, tempered steels, spring steels and carbon steels, we also work with different alloys based on the requests that we receive from sectors using high alloy materials such as the defence sector etc. Our company’s production bases on the customer requests and due to the magnitude of this production range, we are able to address different sectors that mainly include the automotive industry, automotive sub-industry, defence industry, hand tools industry, agricultural machines and tools, white appliances, machine producers and the ship building industry.
