Bionest, established in Manisa in 2019, is a technology company that produces innovative products for the Aviation, Defense, and Medical Device sectors.

Bionest combines the expertise of its experienced personnel, who have many years of experience in the sector, with the goal of producing high-tech products. Our company incorporates machining, carbon-composite, gel, and chemical technology processes that produce high-quality products in accordance with AS 9100:2018, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, ISO 22196:2011 testing standards, and CE standards. Accordingly, it has a strong infrastructure for the production of modular prosthetic parts, carbon feet, and gel liners.

Bionest has further developed its production infrastructure and added manufacturing capabilities for the aviation and defense industries. In line with this, we have structured our quality management system in accordance with aviation standards and have obtained our AS9100 Quality Management System certificate.

With its team of mechanical engineers, bioengineers, and technicians, the company develops R&D and design projects and carries out work aimed at increasing its product range, functionality, and quality.
